There is an ancient story that teaches us the importance of having Inner vision and also the  power to recognise it.Once, there was a young boy who had physical deformities and came from a lower social class.. He sought admission to a gathering of great scholars convened by the King. He was not allowed entry due to his social class and appearance.  But the boy waited for three days at the gate of the King’s palace to attend a meeting of famous scholars.

Despite not having the usual qualifications, he refused to give up his resolution to participate. An old sympathetic scholar noticed him and informed King, who directed his assistants to bring the boy inside.The boy was initially ridiculed by the learned assembly due to his appearance and social title, yet the boy proved himself to be a wise and insightful young man who possessed a deep understanding of spirituality and the true nature of knowledge.

Through his words, he challenged the scholars to look beyond their outward appearances and to cultivate a deeper understanding of the world around them. He criticized them for their narrow-mindedness and lacking inner vision, reminding them that true knowledge and wisdom comes from within and cannot be measured by external factors such as WEALTH, TITLE or SOCIAL STATUS.

This story teaches the importance of cultivating INNER VISION and WISDOM rather than focusing solely on superficial external appearances and  serves as a reminder that true knowledge and wisdom cannot be gained solely through intellectual pursuits or material wealth. Rather, it is only through cultivating inner vision, developing a deep understanding of oneself and the world around us, and approaching life with humility and an open mind that we can truly gain wisdom and insight.
